Staying Young Forever
The best and safest method for face lifts is through facial exercising, by tightening elongated muscles, thereby producing face lifts, a firming up where the face appears flabby, and a filling out by rebuilding atrophying muscle tissues. Such face lifts are done in a natural and healthy way without invasive surgery, at no expense and in the privacy of your own home. The resulting face lifts result in youthful faces, which may be retained throughout life.

This photo represents what I remember of Kelvin. Carefree, with his guitar, entertainment to all of us.. I'm sure people change, and I'm not sure if he's still the same. The thing is... Nutrilite passed USD 3 billion in annual sales!!!
Successful man, dun forget us after all that success. Haha, enjoy the moment bro. Cheers!

Run Bulls Run!!
This is the time of the year. The time when my heart beats faster and pumps blood harder. I can remember vividly the adrenaline rush when Ah Foo and myself were at Pamplona (northern Spain) last year (07.07.07) to participate in the San Fermin Festival. It is also commonly known as the "Running of the Bulls". The experience was amazing and we never knew what to expect. Did we mention that we could not run with the bulls on our first attempt?? Paiseh.. we tot we wanna "curi ayam" by starting at the middle point. We ended up being chases out by the "Policia", as they did not want too many people to crowd the streets during this event. How pissed off we were!!
We both made sure that we woke up early the next day, and gathered right in front of the Mayor's Hall. When the cannons went off, it was time to run!! I ran and ran not even stopping for anything. How silly because I did not even see the bulls. Foo waiting to see some of the small bulls (the crazy ones!!) before running "with" the bulls. How brave, but the bulls ran really fast!!
By the time I reached the finishing line (a door into the arena), the bulls were literally 2 metres behind me!! People kept pushing this small Asian dude to the middle. I was lucky to have entered the arena, in one piece. As insurance, Foo and myself did buy tickets into the stadium the night before, just in case we could not enter the arena. Typical 'kiasu' Malaysians!! =)
It was an amazing experience, and I have to thank TopDeck for a job well done in bringing us there. If I ever have the chance, I would run with the bulls again in a heartbeat!!

My Interesting Life (Sarcastic)
I stay in Perlis on most weekends. Usually I just sleep in, then spend the whole day reading the newspapers and finishing up my PRP reports & stuff. Seriously I dont have a life!!
Last month, I was invited to volunteer at an orchid festival. I had no idea about orchids, and was never really a fan. But I agreed to help out, as I wanted to see what an orchid "festival" was like. Like seriously, who in the world likes orchids anymore these days? However... I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw...

Here are some pics:

The orchids there were beautiful, as competitors from all over Malaysia (as far as Cameron Highlands and Terengganu) came with their most beautiful prized plants. The top prize was RM3000, and there were numerous supplementary prizes as well. Never knew orchids paid so well!!

My duty was to jot down the results of the judging, like which plant won etc... I saw medals, but had no idea that the medal would put put on the plants!! Isnt medals for humans, or the person who grows them??!!

Winning orchids from Vanda family..

If I'm not mistaken this one is called the "Haadyai Delight", and naturally it was my favorite!! =)

Have a nice week ahead, and Happy Birthday to JT (John Tiong)!!!

Money Matters
Pak Lah says "Ubah cara hidup". Sounds familiar?? I had no idea that I was financially challenged, until I finally noticed that my bank account remains the same month after month... I never seem to have any savings!! So in the month of May, I decided to note down every single detail of my expenditure to keep track of my spending. I was shocked!!
Here's how a pharmacist (PRP) in Perlis typically spends his money. Do not that May was a normal month for me, and I only spent one weekend away from here, that is balik kampung to Sitiawan.
Food = RM 490.60
Fruits = RM 58
rental = RM 200
car Installment = RM 640
Insurance = RM 280
Family commitments = RM 780
Entertainment/ Recreation = RM 155
Car service = RM 105
Petrol = RM 155
N-S Highway Toll = RM 44.00
handphone reload = RM 100
Micellaneous = RM 125
GRAND TOTAL = RM 3102.30
With a gaji of RM 3300, my savings is barely RM 200. I am so not well prepared to retire at 56 years old. That's why I pilih 58!! Must start saving!! This is another reason why I need to transfer out. =)
That how I spend in Perlis. I cant imagine how I would fare in KL or Penang where entertainemnet is abundant. I din even go for a holiday! Hey What about you? Any tips for saving up?? Times are hard, so let's share the knowledge around!

4 Minutes
... to save the blog. Been internet-less lately, and also a wee bit busy with my research project.
I bought this boxer in Glasgow, bcos it looked cute and the tagline was funny. This is the first time I tried on a boxer, and I must say I don't like "hanging loose", if you know what I mean. It's so uncomfortable! So what kind of person are you: brief or boxer??
